What being a partner involves

You get a code
Fill in the form at the bottom of this page. We send your code to you on WhatsApp, along with a ready-to-share message and poster.
A parent uses it
The parent types your code into the Vokido app when they sign up. That gives them one month of full access for just ₹49 (usually ₹390), and links them to your code.
You are paid
When that parent buys a paid plan, you earn on it. Your earning is confirmed after they have been on the plan for 15 days, and paid out the month after.

if a parent switches to a longer plan within 12 months, you earn the gap. For example, if a parent starts on the 1 month plan (you earn ₹100) and later moves to 6 months earns you another ₹400.
Once a parent has been on their plan for 15 days, your earning is confirmed. All earnings confirmed in a month are paid out together the following month.
If your balance is below ₹500, it carries over to the next month. We will only ask for your payment details when your first payout is due.

Common questions
Is this only for teachers?
No. Anyone who is in touch with parents of children aged 5 to 14 can join. Many of our partners are parents themselves.
How does the code reach me?
We send it to you on WhatsApp, on the number you give us in the form, along with everything else listed above.
Will I be told when a parent signs up?
Your monthly update on WhatsApp lists every parent who joined with your code, the plan they took, and what you have earned from it.
What does the payment timing look like?
Once a month, for everything confirmed in the month before. Payouts start at ₹500. If you are below that, the balance stays on your account and goes out with your next payout. We ask for your payment details only when your first payout is due, so there is nothing to share when you join.
Do I earn on the ₹49 welcome trial?
Rewards are paid on full plan purchases. The ₹49 four week trial is an introductory offer to help you get parents started and to let them experience Vokido first.
Do I earn again when a parent renews?
If they upgrade to a longer plan within 12 months, you earn the difference between the two rates. A parent who starts on a 1 month plan and upgrades to 6 months within a year earns you another ₹400.
What if a parent asks for a refund?
Earnings are confirmed after a parent has been on a plan for 15 days. If they cancel or request a refund within those first 15 days, that referral does not qualify.
Is it alright to put my code in a group chat?
Yes. Parent groups, class chats, your activity centre, building groups, and in person sharing all work well. Your code is personal to you though, so please do not post it on coupon or deals websites.
Do these amounts change?
These are our opening partner rates. If we adjust them, we will give you at least 7 days notice before the change takes effect.
Can the terms change?
If we change anything about how the programme works, we will tell you at least 7 days before it takes effect. Anything you have already earned is paid to you regardless.
